Summer 'Bones Schedule
June 16 - 20, 2008
Summer 'Bones is a one week trombone camp for student (including
adult) trombonists. All ages and levels of playing are welcome.
Campers will attend classes, perform in challenging ensembles,
perform as soloists, and have fun in this engaging process.
Lodging:
No on-campus lodging will be available, however, there are rooms available in the area. See the University's recommendations.

- Faculty recital by Timothy Anderson, Richard Begel, and
Michael Keener
- Advanced and beginning jazz improvisation classes
- Instrument repair workshop by Gary Daffler from Hauer Music
- Opportunities to perform as soloists with piano accompaniment
- Performing with trombone quartets and/or trombone choirs
- Performing in an evening chamber recital
- Beginning, intermediate, and advanced warm-up sessions
- A private lesson for each camper
- College audition preparation class
- Orchestral Excerpts class

- Free practice time
